1. Return Eligibility

To be eligible for a return, the product must:

  • Be unused, unworn, unwashed, and in its original condition.

  • Have all original tags, labels, and packaging intact.

  • Not show any signs of use, damage, stains, perfume, or alteration.

  • Be accompanied by proof of purchase or order confirmation.

We reserve the right to reject returns that do not meet the above conditions.

2. Return Timeframe

Customers may request a return within 3 Days of receiving the order.

Return requests submitted after this period may not be accepted.

3. Refund Process

Once the returned product is received and inspected:

  1. We will notify you regarding approval or rejection of the return.

  2. Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method.

  3. You will receive confirmation once the refund has been initiated.

4. Refund Processing Time

Approved refunds are generally processed within 5–7 Business Days.

Please note that banks, payment gateways, and card issuers may require additional time to reflect the refund in your account.

5. Exchanges

We offer exchanges for:

  • Incorrect size received

  • Defective products

  • Damaged products

  • Incorrect items delivered

Exchange requests must be submitted within 3 Days of delivery.

Exchange approval is subject to product availability.

If the requested item is unavailable, customers may be offered:

  • Store credit

  • Replacement with a similar item

  • Refund (where applicable)

6. Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Products

If you receive:

  • A defective product

  • An incorrect item

7. Non-Returnable Items

The following items are generally not eligible for return or refund:

  • Products purchased during clearance or final sale

  • Customized or personalized products

  • Gift cards

  • Products returned without original tags or packaging

  • Products showing signs of use, washing, or damage caused by the customer

  • Intimate or hygiene-sensitive items (if applicable)

8. Return Shipping Costs

If the Return Is Due To:

AVYURAA will bear the return shipping cost.

Customer Preference

  • Change of mind

  • Incorrect size ordered

  • No longer needed

The customer may be responsible for return shipping charges.

Shipping charges paid during the original purchase are generally non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.

9. Cancellation of Orders

Orders may be cancelled before shipment by contacting us at avyuraa5@gmail.com.

Once an order has been shipped, cancellation requests may not be possible and customers may need to follow the return process after delivery.

10. Refund Exceptions

Refunds may be refused if:
